| The inscription reads, “The American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter, to encourage the appreciation of excellence in craft and to recognize exceptional merit in recently completed projects, bestows the Honor Award of Excellence in Craft for the distinguished accomplishment in craft to Seedorff Masonry, Inc.” |
  Located in the center of Pella, the Molengracht includes several buildings and a parking structure that open onto a plaza featuring an authentic Dutch Canal. The buildings house several retail and commercial enterprises including the Royal Amsterdam Hotel. In addition, there are sixteen condominiums located on the 3rd and 4th levels of two buildings.
