Assessing Risk within Our Team
Positive test rates (recently 5.4% in Iowa) continue to support the phased approach toward re-opening business and easing restrictions. As we assess the risks specific to our team, we continue to try to limit our exposure both externally and internally. External exposure includes general contractors, other trades, family & friends, travel, and gatherings outside of work. Internal exposure includes other members of our team in the course of day-to-day operations.
Our assessment of risk, and our response to it, intends to prevent or limit the exposure of as many of our team members as possible in the event that a member of our team tests positive for COVID-19. Limiting time in enclosed spaces, close quarters that prevent social distancing, and common surfaces continue to be some of our greatest exposures.

Circulating Staff
Circulating Non-Project Based Staff Protocol for our phased return remains largely unchanged for the two-week period June 12 thru June 26. We are committed to maintaining our established “closed communities” on jobsites as well as regional operations.
Transportation – Company Vehicles
We’ve gotten a lot of questions regarding our policy of “one person per company vehicle”. Multiple passengers in a van or crew cab poses some of our greatest risk in that it is a closed space that does not allow social distancing. At this time, one person per company vehicle will remain in effect until at least June 26th in an ongoing effort to protect our team members and families.
Stay tuned for more updates. As always, feel free to reach out to your direct supervisor with questions. Be safe!
