Easing Restrictions – Expanding Options
Effective Monday, July 27th we will ease the restriction of one person per company vehicle. You may voluntarily elect to resume carpooling in company vehicles while following the guidelines outlined below. However, if you are uncomfortable carpooling you are not required to do so. By easing this restriction and setting expectations for company travel, we can limit our exposure.

As specific non-project based staff returns to the office on a case-by-case basis, we will continue to follow CDC guidelines:

GUIDELINES FOR MULTIPLE PASSENGERS IN COMPANY VEHICLES:
- Face coverings: Mandatory when more than one person is present in a company vehicle.
- Ventilation: Open or crack all windows to promote ventilation and fresh air.
- Clean and sanitize: Clean common surfaces, steering wheel, and door handles before and after each shift
REGIONAL OPERATIONS
As specific non-project based staff returns to the office on a case-by-case basis, we will continue to follow CDC guidelines:
- Social distance – stay 6’ apart
- Wear face coverings when social distancing is not possible
- Sanitize common surfaces regularly
- Wash your hands frequently with soap for at least 20 seconds
- Avoid touching your face
