Current guidelines remain in place
Based on current numbers and trends, we are going to extend our current guidelines (as outlined in our phased return plan). We will continue to monitor data and revisit our plan on Friday, July 17.
Your flexibility, patience and dedication over the past few months and moving forward is greatly appreciated. Continued diligence in following recommended guidelines is critical to the safety and well-being of our team and their families.
As a reminder, here are the current guidelines for our phased return:
Jobsite Visits & Transportation
1. One person per company vehicle (due to enclosed space, < 6’ separation, and crew exposure)
2. Limit jobsite visits to “necessary” or “issue-specific” trips
3. Attend jobsite meetings (with GC + other trades) virtually or by conference call
4. PTM’s will consist of a combination of “in-person” and “virtual” attendees. If in person, follow protocol for PPE & Hygiene below.
Personal Interaction:
1. Limit personal crew interaction/communication to our Jobsite Superintendent only
2. Limit outside interaction to the GC Superintendent or Project Manager only (no other trades)
3. Maintain 6’ social distance and meet outdoors whenever possible
4. Crew appreciation lunches shall not consist of “shared food” options. Individually wrapped items are allowed for crew members.
PPE & Hygiene:
1. Standard PPE as appropriate per jobsite expectations
2. Wash hands prior to entering jobsite
3. Face covering while present on jobsites when social distancing is not possible
4. Clean and sanitize any common surfaces contacted and wash hands upon exit of jobsite
5. Clean and sanitize vehicle on a regular basis
6. Wash hands upon return to office/home (protect family and co-workers from exposure)
As always, feel free to reach out to your direct supervisor with questions. Be safe!
