Non-Harassment Policy

Any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, in the workplace or at a Company sponsored event is unacceptable and a violation of Company policy.  Each of us has a responsibility to help prevent conduct that may be considered to be sexual harassment or other prohibited harassment that could be considered a violation of this policy.
 
If you have been subjected to or witnessed sexual or other harassment, please report the situation immediately to Mark Guetzko, Bob Stokes, or Dan Kartman at the Strawberry Point Office, to the Office Manager at your location, or to your Area Superintendent.  All complaints of harassment will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and the Company will take appropriate action.  Violations of this policy will be treated as serious disciplinary infractions.
