Finder's Fee Program

We are seeking Bricklayers, Laborers and Operators to join our team and build some exciting projects. The best referrals we receive come from our own team members. Effective August 1, 2023 you can earn up to $1,500 for recruiting quality people who value safety and are ready, willing and able to Build Better. And on top of your Finder's Fee, your recruit can earn a $1,000 bonus for joining our team! All of our team members in any role and in any company are eligible to receive the Finder’s Fee.

What you need to do:

Have your recruit complete an application and write your name at the top as the person referring them. Area Superintendents have a supply of applications, or you can call Lynn at 1-800-642-5904 and request one to be sent to the person you are referring. If they join our team you can earn a Finder’s Fee of up to $1,500 per referral!

Here's how it pays out:

$250 Each - Paid when your recruit reaches 240 hours
$250 Each - Paid when your recruit reaches 480 hours
$1,000 TEAM MEMBER - Paid when your recruit reaches 960 hours
$500 RECRUIT - Paid when they reach 960 hours
