Madison Street Residence Hall

Located on the campus of the University of Iowa, the Madison Street Residence Hall was built on the site of the old Iowa City Water Plant on Madison Street. The residence hall is 12 stories tall and can house 1,023 students.
The residence hall was have three “houses” per floor, each with a student lounge overlooking the Iowa River. To further enhance the student living environment, the hall features a café, study rooms, a recreation room and fitness center.
