Principal is more than a year into a $284 million renovation of its downtown campus. The project will overhaul more than 1.2 million square feet of office space in three buildings, add or replace three skywalk bridges, and upgrade the exterior of the buildings to create more of a campus atmosphere.

Interior upgrades include renovation of office areas, common spaces, furniture, fixtures, meeting space consolidation and food service upgrades. The improvements are intended to increase collaboration between employees.

Progress is currently being made on the 7th Street Parking Garage, Corp 1 Interior Renovations, and Corp 2 Plaza.
