Located in the up-and-coming Iowa River Landing District, Xtream Arena is a multi-purpose facility serving the University of Iowa Women's Volleyball Team and Club Hockey Team. The arena also hosts a variety of athletic events and tournaments as well as concerts and other special events. SMI is proud to have been the masonry contractor on this project, which opened in September 2020.
